Challenge Details
• Each Chef competes by making a single Gelato or Ice Cream flavor
• Each participant has 30 min. to make one pan (5 liters min.) of gelato or ice cream.
• In the late afternoon, all of the flavors are presented to a Technical Jury
Winners
Gelato: Winners of the Gelato Challenge are invited to the American Gelato Festival Final.
(Winners of the USA Finals will be invited to represent North America in a Worldwide Finale in Italy 2021)
